Dua Lipa's Club Future Nostalgia is a collaborative remix album, which features an all-animation set of music videos. Made and released during the pandemic, this was completely a remote working experience.
My role was compositing the first and last videos on the album. Working with the team at Blink Ind. and a team of great artists we pulled together a really fun visualiser, which I am so proud to have made.
Pulling together all of the animations from the team of 2D character animators, I composited the sequences and styled them, based off of the animatic which I helped to created.
Born out of the lockdown circumstances, the job was truly unique and a joy to work on.
The video attracted 5 million views, and Dua Lipa said “I’ve watched you all dance in your homes and on your Zoom parties to Future Nostalgia like you were in the club with me,”... “It brought so much joy to my days spent at home."
